Understanding of the insurance business (preference but not necessary)

Fluency in Arabic/English.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for improving organization’s market share in
Front-End and Back-End Insurance and Reinsurance Management Systems
(Front-end and Core systems) while focusing on North Africa for the and
achieving financial growth. This person defines long-term organizational
sales goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business
opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains
extensive knowledge of current market conditions and upcoming trends.
Major Tasks: Duties and Roles
Analyze new and existing markets by conducting market
research and assessing possible trends, mergers & acquisitions, new
entrants, competition’s strategies, etc.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Prospect for potential new clients to increase business.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization to setup and attend meetings between them and company’s representatives.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Research and build relationships with new clients to initiate bidirectional relationships.
Plan approaches and pitches: Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service by negotiating the selling prices through monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand with the Business Unit Manager.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Consistently look for cross-selling opportunities with previous or existing clients to increase client value.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Develop a situation analysis of the company to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business.
Adopt a team approach and work with others in pursuing common goals for the benefit of the company
