Providing general administrative support to the institution and all involved departments. responsible for the development and the organization filing system of the institution. Responsible for the IN & OUT mails and correspondences. Answers phone calls, responds to phone inquiries, and transfers phone calls to the appropriate staff member. Also maintaining an updated database of contacts. Setting up and coordinating appointments and meetings for the institution and needed departments. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space and phones. Orienting new employees on institution's polices and procedures. Responsible for all logistics travel (Hotels reservation, booking flight or train tickets, events and others). Responsible for editing and translating correspondence, reports and other documents in English and Arabic. Coordinating and taking staff minutes of meetings Communicating and coordinating activities among the staff members. Assisting in coordinating the department's monthly business plan and activities among the department's staff and following up on results and outputs. Responsible for the department's petty cash. Monitoring and responsible for personnel issues as hiring, attendance, vacations, and personnel files. Other duties as assigned.
