    As part of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth functioning of the Food & Beverage office by providing secretarial & administrative support.

    As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the Food & Beverage General Manager, ensuring that the daily schedule is efficiently coordinated, this will cover correspondence, filing, coordinating travel schedules, diary management, dealing with telephone calls in a professional manner, facilitating meetings for the General Manager, and other duties as per the team's needs.


    About You
    As an Office Administrator you should be educated to a degree level with 3-5 years of experience in an HR, Administration or Secretarial capacity dealing with different departments with exposure to all areas of business. Strong abilities in typing & shorthand, knowledge of SAP, MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook would be a clear advantage.
