Job Description: Manage section resources ( staff , time , inventory , tools & budget ) effectively Listen & solve internal & external customers’complaints effectively in shortest possible time. Meet budget goals & due dates . Responsible on sub-ordinate appraisal , motivation& development . Ensure all manufacturer regulatory requirements & company procedures are met and carried out correctly. Reporting Creatively in analyzing problems to its roots and providing out of the box solutions. Perform maintenance and calibration for equipment : particle counters , TOC , gas analyzers , lab water system.
