About the Job
- Recruitment: to be responsible for different recruitment activities including building CV database, Screening and shortlisting, Headhunting, Conducting HR interviews. Also writing job posts & job offers in coordination with the position’s direct manager, and welcome new employees by conducting orientation, reviewing company guidelines and similar orientation information.
- Maintaining work environment: to maintain a friendly and positive working environment, and minimize the internal corporate politics, and to work with the business development team to expose the internal company culture.
- Payroll and attendance: following up attendance, timesheets, vacations, and prepare payroll accordingly.
- Exit: executing the exit processes for staff, and carry out exit interviews.
- Administrative tasks: maintenance the employees records, and following up the paperwork with the social insurance. Also handling administrative support activities (answering phones, greeting customers, checking emails, … etc), also performing basic secretarial tasks are occasionally needed.
