Company Description The Largest Beauty and Health Spa in Doha, Qatar, The Sanctuary of Peace and relaxation in the of the city of Doha,, The SPA a very Elite and luxurious, and Leading providing a unique service to VIP client Types of services: Gym& Fitness,Pool and Jacuzzi,SPA,Manicure & Pedicure SPA,Hair & Beauty,Make up,Medical SPA Job Overview: Primary responsibility is to provide leadership, support, direction and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the Spa, including, but not limited to, retail, membership, salon, fitness programs, pool & tennis. The Spa Director will manage all the Spa Basics, Key Production Processes and SQI Management to insure Spa Division achieves excellent performance. Total financial management duties, budgeting, forecasting, payroll and scheduling as well as product inventory and ordering. Reports To: Regional general manager in his absence to hotel General Manager Internal: Salon & Spa, Fitness Center, Spa Boutique, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting, Concierge, Purchasing and Front Desk External: Hotel guests/visitors, members, community leaders, service company personnel and vendors Essential Job Functions: 1. Maintain complete knowledge of: a. Financial planning, budgets, payroll: Ability to perform all operational duties within division All hotel features/services, hour of operation All spa services and products Fitness programs, pool Salon 2. Oversee the daily operations of the Spa a. Spa Reservations to maximize daily revenues in accordance with the budgetary guidelines Inventory of professional products managed to capture full revenue potentials Cleanliness of all areas Linen control Fitness programs Fitness center Payroll Retail 3. Staffing Ability to interview and select excellent staff to create a leading service and treatment presentation Motivation of staff to perform at their highest abilities Responsible for Performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures 4. Budget Daily/Weekly and Monthly budget management Maintain guidelines of budget Weekly Staff meeting (Operations) Quality 5. Maintain the Steigenberger standards with all staff6. Retail Coordinate and supervise the ordering Coordinate & oversee the inventory Sales
