Manage overall BOH Pastry / Bakery Operations Performance and standards in all stores including satellite outlets. Develop Pastry Chefs and Bakers in production kitchens. Drive Pastry and Bakery Specials across all stores as well as creating new menu ideas and menu items. Manage and Build Supplier Relationships. Overall Pastry/Bakery Cost Management. Daily & Weekly reports. HSSE & Quality Management. Manage Human Resources. Communicate and co-ordinate with other Managers.
Salary: 8000 to 12000 AED Per Month
