Job ROle : Account Advisor. This is a full time position carrying considerable responsibility and integral to our continued business development and success. We trust that your knowledge, skills and experience will be among our most valuable assets.Job Purpose: Handling customers’ calls following agreed scripts and processes to guarantee consistency and meeting of global requirements and standards.Department: OperationsProject: Etisalat CCC –Smart PhoneWorking Model:• Rotational shifts; 8 hours (Break: Half an hour)• 24/7for males - 10PM max for females• 2 days off on rotational basis.Notes:-SS & PK trainings are mandatory to be able to join the mentioned project.-Absence for more than 2 days without acceptable excuse in any of the training days (with an approval from the trainer in advance) may lead to being disregarded from the job and with no eligibility to join Raya Contact Center again.-PK payment is only eligible for trainees who adhere to the training and pass all required exams.- Monthly salary is eligible once the hiring date is effective.
