| Job Responsibilities | |||
| The Expert BRIDGE Voter Education Training Consultant under the supervision of the IFES Chief of Party COP and Deputy Chief of Party DCOP will work in consultation with the BRIDGE Expert Level Facilitator and conduct the following activities and tasks ?Review all current BRIDGE Voter EducationInformation curriculum. ?Conduct at least two specialized voter educationinformation workshops and develop associated workshop packages for each event to be held ?Serve as a technical and senior mentor for the IEC trainers and staff on issues related to voter education and engagement throughout the deployment. ?Write a final report on implemented activities and recommendations for future voter educationinformation programming. |

| Qualifications | |||
| ?Bachelors or Masters preferred in international relations development education or a related field required ?7 years of relevant professional experience working on elections political processes and specifically on voter education ?BRIDGE Expert Level facilitator with the experience in designing and conducting BRIDGE voter educationinformation workshops ?Strong presentation and facilitation skills ?Strong monitoring and mentoring skills ?Experience and ability to work under pressure and within limited timeframes ?Excellent planning interpersonal and communication skills ?Excellent written and spoken English ?Arabic skills a plus. |
