- Familiarity with latest trends & technologies in
Electronic Payment Processing domain.
- Has practical hands on, working with EFT POS Terminals, Self-Service Kiosk, integrated systems and related technology, processes and test tools.
- Ability to develop & execute test strategy, test cases, test plans and reports.
- Creates defect reports against issues found during testing
- Has good attention to details and strong problem-solving skills.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, if required
- Ability to coordinate and follow up non-compliance issues with vendor and/or software development team.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Practical compliance with standard technical application documentation guidelines.
- Performs other duties as requested and within areas of expertise.
- Ability to adopt & comply new certification standard.
