Chief Accountant (Financial Manager)

Managing the financial department staff. Direct report to BOD, General Manager and group financial manager. Maintain a documented system of accounting polices and procedures. Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems. Providing financial advice and support to clients and colleagues to enable them to make sound business decisions. Prepare and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports. Implement financial plans, assess and manage risks, reconcile balance sheets, analyze margins, manage budgets, handle debtors. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. Monitoring cash flow and treasury. Analyzing change and advising accordingly. Formulating strategic and long-term business plans. Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risks.
