Our Client The largest Foam production factory is currently seeking a Production Manager, plant to manage all departments at the Foam Plant to ensure production schedules are completed: safely, on time,to quality specifications, and in a cost effective manner. Essential Job Functions:• Schedule, staff, and assure raw materials and equipment are in place at Foam Plant• Ensure quality of product shipped by: setting quality standards, testing, soliciting input , reviewing progress made toward quality measurement objectives.• Ensure facilities and associates comply with all: safety, environmental, security and property insurance programs.• Supports new product development by: providing new foam/fiber components to Product Development Dept., and supplying Engineering with cost information.• Working with department lead people, identify and implement methods to improve efficiency and maintaining Best Practices.• Ability to support in the process of RAW material purchasing & Selection• Handling the Recipe & Pouring process.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities• Accomplished leader with 5+ years of production management experience in a foam fabrication plant required.• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written• Must be able to lead by example and emphasize the importance of safety, quality, and timely deliver.• Must have outstanding coaching, mentor and communication skills.• Ability to organize,multi-task effectively while remaining deadline oriented.• Bachelor of Chemistry is a Plus.
Salary: 15000 to 20000 EGP Per Month
