Training the end users on the services/applications• Deploy new services/applications• Providing onsite support to end users• Perform any job-related task or command assigned by direct manager/ supervisor• Handling clients relations and understanding clients’ needs• Setting up forms and questionnaires for clients subscriptions.• Assisting clients in filling technical forms and questionnaires.
