To off load the direct sales force from any non-sales activities in-office to avail more time for acquisition and all other selling activities in the field and have a direct contact channel with all existing Contact persons over the phone and through emails to ensure satisfaction and on-time feedback for any inquiry, request or problem. Communicates with Contact Persons (CP’s) via E-mails and answers their inquiries Visits accounts in promotion periods assisting the AM (account manager) Prepares contracts and stocks required prior to visiting the customers Handles any walk-in Corporate customer in the Nile City premises; release SIMs/devices for Contact Person’s (CP) upon Account Managers approval Revises all activations requests and coordinate between Account Manager and CP to solve the rejection if any Gathers information of the existing customer database and ensures all the required data is available Spreads offers and promotions once published to the CP’s via phone calls to ensure the customer receives the offers and promotions instantly without having to wait for their Account Manager’s visit Acts as the delegate who follow up for the Accounts when AM (account manager) is vacation.
