Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Basic Functions: Develop, execute and maintain user stories, test cases, test scripts, unit test plans, QA test plans Assist in implementing a test automation environment and testing process, and execute automated testing. Principal areas of activity: Test results analysis. Test automation implementation. Deep involvement on sprint teams. Development of test processes to improve test efficiency. Root cause analysis of software and hardware related issues. Work with development engineers to drive to closure on problems found, including recreating failures and verifying fixes. Working with complex database schema and writing SQL queries is a plus Experience using tools like Firebug and Fiddler is a plus Experience on writing automated test suites is a plus
