Junior Application Consultant

Manage and analyze the customers' needs for new implementations. Support and troubleshoot existing customer’s requirements. Find the existing Gaps between the system and the customer needs and try to cover it. Prepare the needed documents (Analysis, GAP, Mapping, and Training). Train the users to be able to use the system to the optimum use. Implement and upload data for Erp users. Guide the users through the pilot phase of the project to apply the training practically
