Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Act as internal auditor (plan and conduct the internal audit) Responsible for the external annual ISO review Create and follow-up corrective actions and monitor the status Responsible for process improvement (work as a process guide and make awareness of the company process to the employees) Meet with department heads for any updates to the process or standers Write and update the company process , procedures and templates Create, plan and follow-up the company quality goals Collect department’s data and track the KPIs Analyze the KPIs and create reports to the management representative Analyze and follow-up the customer complains

Salary: 3000 to 5000 EGP Per Month

Experience: 1-3 years
