Purpose and Fundamental Goals of the Position
The Business Manager contributes actively in the definition of the business strategy and takes the lead to align and develop tactical execution of the sales marketing and operational plans as well as directing the development of adequate tools and processes to accelerate and drive sales and income growth for Maghreb. She or he needs to ensure the growth of BD Diabetes Care product sales segment share and profitability in line with overall business strategy sales and GP targets. This will be achieved primarily through distributor management business strategic development activities leading BD DC Sales amp Marketing Team education set up for health care specialists KOL relations development and industry partners insulin manufacturers.

Strategy amp Business Results
Build a new Go to Market model in Algeria and ensure improved distributor management in Morocco and Tunisia
Drive PampL across the Maghreb by driving sales growth and managing resources optimally
Drive market share growth in both retail amp tender segment effectively
Defines amp executes Distributor and channel management strategy in Maghreb
Drives Long term operational strategy together with Regional Business Leader and Country General Manager to build sustainable growth in Maghreb
Layout pricing strategy across channels amp customers
Define the organizational design amp capabilities to execute the overall business strategy
External relationship
Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with KOLs Regional Endocrinologists MOH in countries
Work Closely with Sanofi amp Eli Lilly to strategize collaborate and execute on operational opportunities to drive brand awareness of BD and Sales
Work closely with EMA public policy and advocacy team to influence healthcare policies
Engage patient associations effectively across Maghreb to support amp build BD portfolio preference amp Loyalty
Internal interface amp Operational effectiveness
Participates as part of EMA Leadership Team and World Wide Extended Leadership Team
Works in coordination with other BDX teams to identify cross business opportunities
Drive Maghreb within the Budget long term strategy and quarterly processes within the company
Launch new products in BD portfolios
