Monitor the sales figures against budget analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit
Explore and identify opportunities for new ventures and new distribution avenues that could leverage on existing strengths of the the brand and will support the achievement of business target
Establish and maintain effective business contacts and relationships with key clients contractors and consultants to further business interests and strengthen Kansai Paint reputation
Ensure that payment terms are adhered to by the client and ensure that all payments are received and all invoices are made as per payment schedule of the agreement.
Monitor market conditions product innovations and competitors' products prices and sales trends
Responsible for personal and professional development of a sales team to achieve high levels of individual and team performance
