Issuing bank transfers for foreign manufacturers Follow up the dleivery dates Choosing best shipping method in accordance to the projects delivery date Following up with the forwarders & shipments tracking Insuring proper documentations& customs clearance in accordance to the egyptian customs regulations & requirements Insuring that the packing requirments & labels is as required Supervises the day to day activities of the organisation-appointed clearing agent. Entering goods correctly & safely in the warehouse Arrange all shipping payments with all our freight companies Shipments costs analysis reports Executes additional administration tasks at the request of the supply/logistics officer.

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 2-3 years
