As a Commercial Executive you will be responsible to manage the sales order processing, sales returns & credit note processing, stock transfers, import for re-export bill of entry submission, petty cash reimbursement, petty cash SAP document processing, cash collection & handover to agency, export documentation & transfer of ownerships, import documentation, article listing & price changes, promotion in-store & vendor support update, gift voucher claims, price protection claims (vendor debit notes), weekly & monthly vendor sell-out reports, article master maintenance.
Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Finance Manager.

About You
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelors degree specialised in commerce / accounting / finance. MBA - Finance / M.Com / CA / CMA / ACCA is an asset.
You should have minimum 2+ years' experience in finance & accounts. This experience should be within a retail / consumer electronics environment. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.
Along with previous experience you must have excellent analytical, numerical, presentation and reporting skills and strong computer skills - including ERP knowledge (preferably SAP / BPC / BI) and advanced MS-Office knowledge. Lateral thinking, analytical mind and good management skills - must have a "feel" for figures in a business environment.
To be a successful Commercial Executive, you must be committed, hardworking, with a high level of accuracy, an eye for detail and have the ability to thrive in a high-paced / high pressure environment amidst frequent change.
