1. Manage front desk
operation which includes but not limited to, staff scheduling, training,
inventory etc.
2. Resolve all guest/member complaints, to ensure guest satisfaction.
3. Provide information and assistance to all staff and guests.
4. Perform openings and or closing procedures as necessary.
5. Lead the technicians and aestheticians in all issues relating to guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation and profit maximization.
6. Conduct employee evaluations and timely feedback by maintaining open communication with team members.
7. Assist with administration duties such as payroll, scheduling, forecasting, stock taking and orders.
8. Assist with marketing and publicity opportunities.
9. Maintain effective relations with all departments.
10. Ensure all certificates/licenses/equipment are current and maintained.
11. Administer and maintain the Salon & Spa training manual.
12. Manage training and delivery of team members.
13. Maintain industry knowledge and understanding.
14. Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of the Salon.
15. Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management.
16. Ensure Guest, team and personal health and safety is maintained at all times, reporting any concerns in a timely manner.
