Exel Saudi Arabia is currently looking to recruit Senior Financial Controller to support the Country Finance Manager to enhance the financial control; accounting process and integrity of the reporting
function through value added
reports and analysis which will give support to the business in terms of
stability and profitability in decision making.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
• Manage the bookkeeping function, using the Simply Accounting Package, including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Timely reporting, managing financial planning & analysis
• Process flow improvement in the financial transactions
• Automation of standard requirements
• Training and coaching of subordinates in best practices
• Accuracy of financial reporting
• Monitoring team performance in terms of delivery and performance appraisal
• Approval of financial transactions
• Documentation
• Supporting audits
• Closing accounts
• Creation of required financial reports
• Supervising accounting team
• Support recruitment internal
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
