4. Preparing B.O.Q of our scope.
5. Verifying the BOQ, drawings and specifications and obtain department head written approval on quotation before confirming orders.
6. Preparing the architectural & interior shop drawing and detailed drawings for client's approval.
7. If required; preparing structural layout drawings & reinforcement detailing as per engineer's instructions.
8. Coordinating with site engineers & sub-contractor and arranges their drawings.
9. Prepare and submit the As Built Drawings for the project closing.
10. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
