This position will be responsible for planning and managing a professional and high quality customer service operation in line with the retail standards set for the mall. Engage with first class professional customer service to mall customers and retailers working in the mall.
We are looking for someone with existing supervising experience managing a large customer service team and someone who is flexible to work in rotational shifts during operating hours of the mall. This will be a 5 day roster on a rotational basis.

Senior Visual Merchandiser ACE Hardware Doha Festival City Doha Qatar
About The Position
As the Senior Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for all creative and visual propositions in the ACE store. You will implement all internal and external visual displays graphics and promotions ensuring that all corporate guidelines are adhered to.
You will be involved with the development and implementation of innovative and compelling displays. You will create innovative ways to enliven the stores and bring the brands to life. You will provide leadership and direction to other Visual Merchandisers and ensure that the company 39 s strategies are well reflected in all visual presentation.
About You
You'll not only have great ideas you'll be able to make them happen. You 39 ll be an effective visual merchandiser with the ability to balance commercial decisions with your creative understanding. You 39 ll ideally have a working knowledge of Home Garden DIY multi product environments but this is not essential.
You will ideally hold a Degree in Fine Arts or a related creative subject and have previous experience with multi retail brands. Experience in AutoCAD Power Point Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
