Key Responsibilities
- Secure support license renewals and focus on customer retention as your top priority
- Upsell customers to our Platinum support program that provides higher level of support to our customers
- Conduct Customer Success calls with your customers to check on the health of your accounts
- As the owner of your accounts act as the point person for your customers resolving or escalating any issues they might have
- Manage customer relationship and expectations

Total compensation is 60000year cash for this fulltime 40hourweek position.
