Logistics coordinator

1- issuing bank transfers for foreign manufacturers2- follow up the dleivery dates3- choosing best shipping method in accordance to the projects delivery date4-following up with the forwarders & shipments tracking5-insuring proper documentations& customs clearance in accordance to the egyptian customs regulations & requirements6-insuring that the packing requirments & labels is as required7-Supervises the day to day activities of the organisation-appointed clearing agent.8- Entering goods correctly & safely in the warehouse9-arrange all shipping payments with all our freight companies10- shipments costs analysis reports11- Executes additional administration tasks at the request of the supply/logistics officer.

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: 2-3 years
