Prepare and implement weekly and monthly production plans for to all production departments and follow up on their implementation. Present analytical reports for head of production and engineering After Sales follow up with coordination with Quality control and customer service departments Prepare the list of raw material needed for production Monitor the production process and make sure that it follows the time line set by the company. Supervise the production process and resolve any issue arise with the production workers Review reports on the results of customer satisfaction and use them for performance enhancement.
