Job Description Diesel Diagnostic MechanicHighly skilled mechanic who safely performs diagnostic maintenance and repair the gen set
• Perform the removal repair and installation of engines breaks differentials pumps motors torque convertors final drives and other systems or components
• Performs mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance on machine systems such as hydraulic power train and engines
• Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed
• Responsible for maintaining work orders and performing work area inspections
• Operate mobile equipment such as overhead cranes forklifts and boom trucks
• Perform welding such as Carbon Arc Plasma MIG TIG and Stick
• Performs as a Fillin Supervisor as required
• Train and mentor other employees
• Perform other duties as required
