Brief Posting DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on a 2828 rotational basis located in Algeria. The successful candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing WG Somias business improvement across safety management of maintenance and essentially giving majority shareholder WG duty of care assurance at our operational bases across Algeria.
Detailed Description
The position will be on a 2828 rotational basis with some requirement to visit WGPSN Aberdeen offices for meetings and reviews with senior management.
Assessing mentoring and assisting the existing Algerian Operations and Technical team to ensure delivery of contract services in align with WG processes and procedures.
Working with and assisting the General Manager to deliver sustainable growth into WG Somias in align with the strategy and growth plan and the current business improvement plan.
