Work
Reporting directly to the Diabetes Medical Affairs Manager the Head of RMA will be responsible of supervising coaching and developing the team of RMA. As Head of RMA you will ensure coordination between RMA field based Medical Advisors office based District Sales Managers and Product Managers and ensure the prelaunch readiness of new products Medical awarness
Challenges
We have a number of exciting new products to launch in the coming years.
You will have to participate in the development and execution of medical strategy and brand map
You will have to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and other health care professionals Key Opinion Leaders
You will have to maintain our leadership in diabetes and access to Novo Nordisk products in Algeria by providing medical and scientific quality support.
Qualifications
Doctor degree with a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position organized methodical and have a good relationship
Good communication skills is mandatory and you shlould be fluent in English and French in addition to a good knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical environment
