Job Description
- Provides oversight of programming and design execution of show audio & video in the land to ensure that design intent is being maintained
- Provides guardianship for brand and IP as represented in audio & video through the land
- Responsible for documenting progress, coordinating and reporting all progress to Project Management internally and externally
- May be required to present progress to stakeholders
- May require travel to vendors
- Understanding of modern video codecs, understanding of modern audio codecs, experience with multichannel audio systems, experience with LED video walls, video projection, video projection mapping, video warping, video and audio distribution methodologies
- Knowledge of audio and video playout servers
- Expert Knowledge of audio and video systems used in the park system designs
- ability to read and comprehend detailed technical drawings
- Knowledge of facility interface requirements for the above systems.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and sensitively with an international team
- 5-10+ years of theme park or related entertainment experience
- Knowledge of audio mixing techniques and DAW software including Logic, Protools, Digital Performer, and Nuendo
- Knowledge of video editing techniques and editing software including Avid Media Composer, Apple Final Cut, and Adobe Premiere Pro
