Our Company is looking for Showroom Part Timers who are willing to work with us for the period of Ramadan 2016.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers who enter the shop.
• Be involved in stock control and management.
• Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are
looking for.
• Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Maintain and develop a high standard of presentation and
display of merchandise.
• Stocking shelves with merchandise.
• Answering queries from customers.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to
customers.
• Balancing cash registers with receipts.
• Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with
brands.
• Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up
displays.
• Dealing with customer refunds.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
• Responsible for security within the store and being on the
look- out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
• Assist with large mail outs; being responsible for daily
shipment of internet orders and the appropriate paper work and filling.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of
stock.
• Working within established guidelines, particularly with
brands.
• Undertake any other duties for the Sales Manager, in
accordance with the responsibilities for this role.
