The compliance
supervisor's main mission is to assure regulatory compliance in the Bank's
operations. He communicates new regulatory and policy developments that are
applicable to the Bank, and ensures that the new
laws/regulationspolicies are
captured in the appropriate templates, and that controls and monitoring are in
place to ensure compliance. He recommends change through presentation of facts
and/or legislation.
