About Your Job:
You will be responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of the staff cafeteria.
You will direct and supervise the food preparation of all meals respecting QACC procedures and ensuring the highest hygiene.
You will be In charge of all Hygiene & Quality issues in Production. Controls and analyze the quality of product and service, customer satisfaction, merchandizing, menu development. To plans all meals and menus, supervises food preparation to include methods, portion control and garnishing; ensure attractive presentation of all foods.
About You:
You should be holding bachelor degree or equivalent. B.S Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree in Culinary Arts. Executive Management - minimum 10 years of job-related experience required. Experience of handling senior culinary position in large cafeteria will have an added advantage.
