In this role your main
responsibility is hosting fun, memorable events & parties for children
and families. You are responsible to provide a welcoming, entertaining and safe
environment for our Level Kids Guests. During each event you'll oversee a
variety of age-appropriate activities that kids enjoy.
You will also oversee
all Level Kids classes which include drama, dance, instrumental, cooking,
robotics, street dance, mini yoga, mini zumba & many more.
• Greet, acknowledge and interact with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Facilitate organized birthday party activities & classes and ensure children are active, interested and safe throughout the party
• Head liaison for all different services in Level Kids
• Book & host all parties, communicating with families before, during and after parties
• Advise parents on which classes their child should attend & manage the classroom agenda, ensuring each child is in the right class for their age level.
• Animating in store when not hosting events, interact with kids in store to join in the ad hoc events per day/week
• Explain and demonstrate games and activities to party participants
• Supervise all activities during birthday parties, assist with cake / food set up
• Resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Keep up to date with Level Kids policies and procedures
• Immediately report suspicious or inappropriate behaviours
