Progressive Engineering is urgently seeking Construction Manager to work
for a leading UK owed contractor to work on a 12 month contract basis,
to be working on High Rise building project based in Dubai.
The role will be heavily focused on the construction and structural works.
This is site based role, responsible for overseeing all construction and structural works so the ideal candidate will have a background of this type of work including hands on High Rise building Projects.
The idea candidate will have the following experience:
*Must be degree qualified *6 - 8 years + experience working in the capacity of a Construction Manager
*Experience working with contracting companies *UAE Experience is essential *Must be able to work 6 day weeks
*Available to start within 4 - 6 week
*High-rise building experience
Duties
Communicate with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
Oversee all on site and off site constructions to monitor compliance with HSE regulations
Adhere to the project plans and specifications, including quality, safety standards and the defined time scales. Attending meetings with clients to discuss health & safety issues.
Complete site operation management including contract decision-making and implementation. Prepare the site and liaising with other construction professionals
Review work on a daily basis
