The Role:
As Assistant Production Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive production forward on a day to day basis whilst achieving set food quality and food safety targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
* Bakery Experience (Master Baker)
* Food hygiene qualifications
* Hands on experience of managing and supervising a busy production process and workforce
* Production management experience.
