DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performing chemical, physical, sensory and microbiological analysis on raw materials and finished product regarding whether they will be approved or rejected.

2. Controlling and make sure of finished products good quality by controlling raw materials, finished supplies and manufacturing procedures.
3. Make sure that all materials used are in accordance with company specifications.
4. Developing all methods to reach, maintain and improve quality standards through laboratory analysis and quality inspection.
5. Ensuring that all operators and personnel associated with production and machines adhere to quality standards and hygienic rules.
6. Advising the quality manager of any anomaly.
7. Making microbiological tests of raw materials received and finished products and making swap test.
8. Troubleshooting production problems, making certificates of analysis and signing delivery notifications.
9. Participating in HACCP team.
