Overview
II. BASIC FUNCTIONS
Provides advice
assistance and evaluation to Company Commanders and leadership with planning
preparation and coordination for brigade and battalion FTXs and simulation
supported brigade and battalion CPXs. Ensure that all training complies with
MNG Doctrine and train full spectrum operations.
III. MAJOR DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Duties
Responsibilities
- Identifies training aids requirements and submit requests for fabrication and or support as required.
- Supports Company through battalion maneuver training ensuring proficiency in attack defend security and retrograde operations. Advises Company Commander and officers.
- Assist Company Commander in conducting tactical training for unit officers and NCOs.
- Plan prepare execute and assess unit individual and collective battle focused task training.
- Guide coach and assist in the train up and preparation phases of a unit's FTX STX CPXs.
- Be proficient in unit tactical maneuver Command and Control procedures at the battalion level and prepared to train assist unit S 3 OPS officer training events.
- Plans prepares executes and assesses individual and collective tactics training use during MILES exercises.
- Prepares and executes oral and written after action reviews AAR .
- Be able to guide coach mentor and assist Company Commander and Executive officer PLs and First Sergeant in Logistic Package LOGPAC Operations.
10.Responsible
for supervising assisting platoon trainer in tactics techniques and procedures
TLP .
11.Responsible
for all team personnel and equipment.
12.Keeps
Chief Trainer informed of all company activities.
13.Be
knowledgeable of War Fighting Functions WFF .
14.Be
proficient in Observer Controller O C duties to include conducting O C Trainer
training presentations.
15.Be
familiar in various levels of Battle Staff Training to include Military
Decision Making Process MDMP .
16.Be
proficient in Manual and Computer Assisted Command Post Exercises CPX .
17.Be
knowledgeable of the Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System MILES .
18.Be
familiar and proficient with the Modern Environment ME Doctrine.
19.Perform
other duties as required.
20.Be
able to assist in the conduct of simulations driven CPX.

Independence Performs his duties under the supervision of the Battalion Team
Chief.
C.
Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises up to twenty 20 U.S. Trainers and
Interpreter Translators.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.Education
Level Graduate of Maneuver Captain's Career course or equivalent required CGSC
ILE preferred.
B.Experience
Four 4 years of Military training and operations experience with Maneuver Unit
at Company battalion or brigade. Previous CTC or operational deployment
experience preferred. Combination of military and jobsite experience may be
substituted. Former Company Commander required. Former Company Grade Officer
required Field Grade officer preferred.
C.
Specific knowledge skill ability requirements Must be able to communicate
effectively both orally and in writing. Must be able to interface with U.S.
Army and MNG Officers. Knowledge of current U.S. Military tactics in addition
training doctrine. Possess a valid driver's license. Computer literate Windows
XP Vista MS Office 2003 2007.

Overview
II. BASIC FUNCTIONS
Assists in the
management of staff and unit training support plus exercise support for MNG
units with emphasis in Sustainment. Assists in the planning coordination and
supervision of collective training support for brigades undergoing

- Assists in the planning and coordination in concert with OPM collective training assessment of MNG units.
- Assists in training publication development as SME within specialty.
- Prepares and submits reports as required.
- Assists in the preparation of procedures including internal branch training programs which delineate policies and procedures applicable for the conduct of Contractor training assistance efforts.
- Prepares LTG OGS Joint Training Plans as required.
- Identifies prepares requests draws stores equipment for training activities as required.
- Assists in the preparation of plans for upgrading of training in all aspects of DTLOMPF as required.
- Conducts training in the Military Decision Making Process MDMP either platform or small group.
10.Be
knowledgeable of All War Fighting Functions WFF
11.Assists
in the maintenance and updating of the Leader Training Program LTP .
12.Be
prepared to perform as an Observer Controller Trainer for Training Exercises.
13.Develops
and writes operations plans orders and graphics. Special emphasis on
Sustainment Products
14.Prepares
supervises and conducts any training mission assigned by BSXB Management.
15.Performs
other duties as assigned.
B.
Independence Performs duties under the general supervision of the Manager LTG
BSXB. Performs tasks within broad objectives IAW approved doctrine with
significant choice of methods to achieve desired results.
C.
Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises up to twenty five 25 U.S. Trainers and
twenty five 25 Interpreter Translators in the conduct of MTTs.
Qualifications
IV.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
Education Level College graduate with Bachelor's Degree required Master's
degree preferred. CCC graduate with Company Command required CGSC graduate with
minimum Brigade Battalion Sustainment Planning preferred. An equivalent
combination of college level courses military training or job site experience
may be substituted.
B. Experience Sustainment battalion brigade experience required
former Sustainment Officer. Minimum of six years Sustainment experience
preferred. Experience in Full Spectrum Operations doctrine development training
and or operations required. CTC or Operational Deployment experience preferred.
C.
Specific knowledge skill and ability requirements Complete understanding and
knowledge of pertinent MNG OPM and VA regulations and guidelines concerning job
related activities. Possesses cultural knowledge that enhances relationships
with MNG. Has in depth knowledge of tactical Sustainment Movement and Maneuver
and Command and Control. Conversant in training techniques for Full Spectrum
Operations. A leader coach and mentor who understands training doctrine
policies procedures and techniques. Communicates effectively verbally and in
writing. MS Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 proficient. Possesses a valid driver's
license. Former O4 Field Grade Officer or civilian equivalent as defined in
paragraphs A and B preferred.

or equivalent required with successful Company Command . Bachelor's degree
required Master's degree preferred.
B.
Experience Ten 10 years of experience in specialty area of US military
Sustainment Admin training programs field operations and leader development.
Related battalion brigade or division Sustainment or equivalent staff
experience. Previous NTC and battle staff experience preferred. Former Company
Grade officer required Field Grade officer preferred.
C.
Specific knowledges skills and ability requirements Must be able to communicate
effectively both orally and in writing. Be knowledgeable of US military
Sustainment doctrine. Possess the ability to interact with US and foreign
military officials. Be proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Power Point and

Overview
II. BASIC FUNCTIONS
Provides advice and assistance
to the commander and personnel of units designated to perform as the OPFOR.
Plans prepares coordinates and conducts leadership and tactics training for

- Be familiar and proficient in Troop Leading Procedure TLP .

- Assists in the conduct of OPFOR control and operations center.

Independence Performs his duties under the supervision of the Chief Trainer
Field .
C.
Supervisory Responsibilities Up to 4 U.S. trainers and up to four 4 Interpreter
Translators.
Qualifications
IV.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A.
Education Level High School graduate Bachelor's Degree preferred. ANCOC
graduate required CCC or equivalent preferred. An equivalent combination of
college level courses military or job site experience may be substituted.
B.
Experience Four years of training and operation experience in US military War
Fighting Function maneuver intelligence command and control fire support
Special Forces or civil affairs at company battalion or brigade level. Previous
CTC or operational deployment experience preferred. Previous CTC OPFOR
experience preferred. Knowledge of counter insurgency and intelligence or Civil
Affairs preferred.
C.
Specific knowledge skill and ability requirements Must be able to communicate

Overview
II. BASIC FUNCTIONS
Assists in the
management of staff and unit training support plus exercise support for MNG
units with emphasis in Signal Information Management. Assists in the planning
coordination and supervision of collective training support for brigades
undergoing modernization five 5 MNG infantry brigades MNG Sector HQs and NGMS.
Assists in the planning coordination and execution of field training exercises
command post exercises OPFOR Training and Battle Staff Training. Assists in
planning and implementing of training for MNG in all aspects of DOTMLPF.
III. MAJOR DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Duties
Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning preparation coordination supervision and execution of Battle Staff amp Exercise Branch programs approved and directed by OPM MNG with emphasis in Movement and Maneuver.
- Assists in the planning and coordination in concert with OPM collective training assessment of MNG units.
- Assists in training publication development as SME within specialty.
- Prepares and submits reports as required.
- Assists in the preparation of procedures including internal branch training programs which delineate policies and procedures applicable for the conduct of Contractor training assistance efforts.
- Prepares LTG OGS Joint Training Plans as required.
- Identifies prepares requests draws stores equipment for training activities as required.
- Assists in the preparation of plans for upgrading of training in all aspects of DOTMLPF as required.
- Conducts training in the Military Decision Making Process MDMP either platform or small group.
10.Be
knowledgeable of all War Fighting Functions WFF
11.Assists
in the maintenance and updating of the Leader Training Program LTP .
12.Be
prepared to perform as an Observer Controller Trainer for Training Exercises.
13.Develops
and writes operations plans orders and graphics. Special emphasis on Signal
Info Management Products .
14.Prepares
supervises and conducts any training mission assigned by BSXB Management.
15.Performs
other duties as assigned.
B.
Independence Performs duties under the general supervision of the Manager LTG
BSXB. Performs tasks within broad objectives IAW approved doctrine with
significant choice of methods to achieve desired results.

Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises up to twenty five 25 U.S. Trainers and

Translators in the conduct of MTTs.
