An electrical
electronic equipment and peripherals manufacturing factory is looking for
qualified staff to execute all activities related to setting up and operating
production machines including wire cable assemblies and injection molding
machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Sets up and operates wire cable assemblies machines injection molding machines to produce cast products from raw materials.
- Reads and understands diagrams to select position and secure machinery.
- Installs and adjusts tools accurately on machine according to safety work order specifications and procedures.
- Checks and verifies quality of outcomes against product specifications.
- Coordinates with other activities involved in the production process and ensure seamless flow of production.
- Handles finished products from machines for final processing and packaging.
- Performs routine maintenance log on production equipment and conduct repair as applicable.
- Reports and identifies any problem and provide solutions.
- Performs a variety of other related tasks as requested.
Related experience as an industrial machine operator technician in an industrial environment. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts practices and procedures related to wire cable assembles and or thermoplastic injection molding processing. Identify potential cost saving opportunities by highlighting process inefficiencies through the above mentioned processes. Ensure adequate coverage of the work performed by the Audit Follow up Section including Follow up status of all outstanding and pending issues related to reports issued on a regular basis. As and when required attend periodical meetings to discuss pending audit issues. Gather relevant information from documentary sources project managers stakeholders and attendance at meetings and steering committees as required. Provide feedback on controls that per standards and best practice should be implemented into the target live environment. Provide feedback on adequacy of analysis design and testing including system testing and UAT data migration implementation and training . Where risks directly impact current live systems to raise audit issues under the guidance of his her superiors. Audits Others assignments As and when needed to participate in other Audit assignments as requested by his her superiors especially but not exclusively relating to the IT Audit amp Follow up audit plan.
