Duties amp
Responsibilities Provides a level of expertise within the Employee Relations
unit based on long term experience and familiarity with complex Employee
Relations Processes.
Acts as a resource within the department and hospital wide for issues related to scope of responsibility.
Offers advice support direction and assistance to other members of the Employee Relations team.
Provides expert advice to the Executive Director for Human resources concerning Employee Relations Issues.
Ensures standards for licensure insurance and SCFHS classification are communicated and enforces.
Provides ongoing follow up to ensure the hospital is in full compliance with SCFHS SCF Engineers and MOH licensure requirements.
Ensures all concerned staff have updated licensure status.
Ensures new physicians are added to Malpractice Insurance cover.
Keeps accurate cumulative records of all processes.
Liaises with and maintains open communication with Government Relations Office to ensure timely issuance of iqama.
Organizes the submission of Iqamas to the Ministry of Health to issue the MOH License.
Completes all MOH requirements to issue or renew staff MOH license.
Develops and maintains database's pertaining to SCFHS classification and MOH Licensure.
Ensures MOH licenses are available for inspection by the MOH on request.
Coordinates with MOH Liaison Manager to provide documentation required for legal cases hospital licensure etc.
