Guest Valet

The incumbent in this position is responsible in

 providing an efficient, prompt and courteous

 valet service for hotel guests, with a high

 degree of guest satisfaction.  Also to provide

 valet service for hotel executives and other specific hotel items.
Pick-up and delivery, and related functions 

such as outside laundry pick up and delivery.

Assist Valet shop attendant in performance of her duty should a need arises.

 Pick-up of all laundry, dry-cleaning and pressing work from hotel guest, apartment and outside laundry contracts.
 Knocks or ring bell 3 times during delivery and pick up, uses guest name in any interaction and inquires from guest type of service needed.
 Make sure all information is correct on laundry list during pick up.
 Checks that all items packed are complete and room numbers are correct during delivery time.
 Collects and return master keys assigned to them.
 Writes on list any special request made by guest and informs Supervisors or Checker / Marker.
 Assist checker marker in doing their job.
 Prepares delivery control sheets.
 Collects baskets and hangers from floor service areas.
 Delivers sales reports and vouchers to F/O Cashier
 Keep records of pick up and delivery.
 Helps fold shirts and arrange items on baskets prior to delivery
