- Creating HRM concerning training, recruitment, performance management, and polices development.- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers or promotions.- Interpret and explain human resources polices, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.- Hire employees and handling hiring process related paperwork.- Address employee relation issues, such as work complaints and other employee concerns.- Confer with management to develop and implement personnel polices and procedures.
