Production Engineer

Operating production machinery as per blueprints and instructions to ensure smooth, safe and consistent functioning of all production units in the plant. Monitoring machine operation and control panel displays to detect malfunctions and compare readings to specifications. Executing routine operations in the production line as per production schedule. Taking actions to minimize downtime wherever possible to maximize line availability and minimizing waste, cost and all environmental impacts. Carrying out quality checks as specified. Ensuring that health and safety procedures are implemented.
