The Benefits Services Team BST is responsible for all operational and delivery aspects and overall integrity of IBM’s global benefits programs including managing the operational aspects of our vendorsupplier relationships with regard to quality and service delivery.
The holder of this role will be responsible for executing IBM Benefits programs for France such as Medical Benefits Life Insurance Ancillary Benefits etc..
The Benefits Specialist will work closely together with the Benefits Specialist in France as well as with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance employee relations employee communications and financial reporting related to the benefits programs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Implementation and execution of Benefits programs and Benefits program design changes
Advisor on Benefits matters to HR Partners and to the business
Prepare and conduct Benefits program trainings to HR partners managers and employees
Maintain policy and process documentation and provide guidance
Ensure overall compliance process approvals SOX etc.
Demonstrate thought leadership with regards to benefits analytics
Develop analytical concepts and models
Skills Required
Minimum 35 years relevant experience
University degree
Fluent in English and French
Selfstarting and working independently
Process orientation
Analytical skills
Financial skills
Strong communication skills phone mail in a remote environment
Ability to interface with a crossborder team
Excel
Skills Preferred
Experience in benefits delivery
Previous experience in a multinational environment andor matrix organization
Business Controls experience
