- Ensure performance
of current models in the market in line with targets.
- Regular market
visits to gauge trends basis discussion with retailers/distributors/consumers.
- Regular trend
analysis basis coordination with sales (other multifunctional) team.
- Regular
trackers/data analysis to indicate/highlight trends.
- Leverage 4Ps of
marketing to evaluate and strategically influence the sellout.
- Co-ordinate with
different functions within the company for smooth working.
