managing NHIC's operational strategy, covering the entire scheme
Supporting the
development of structures of NHIC's product offering
Working with the SCH
to improve the population's health, including recommending world-class methods for
motivating individuals to improve their health.
Overseeing and
ensuring seamless operations around all products and services of the company
Ensuring the
interoperability of all operational systems
Recruiting, managing
and developing a successful and motivated operations team
Working with key
stakeholders to develop the operations aspects of NHIC and build positive,
credible relationships with them, in alignment with the strategic plans of the
company
Overseeing the
end-to-end operations of the Third Party Administrator
Working with relevant
government bodies and the NHIC organization to ensure smooth functioning of the
eligibility, claims and premium systems
Recruiting and
mentoring local talent within the operations team
Co-ordinating the
operations team effectively with the Customer Services team to ensure alignment
and delivery of the overall services of NHIC to members and providers within
agreed parameters
Working with the SCH
to develop and implement the required infrastructure in the country to
facilitate administration of the SHI.
Establishing criteria
for monitoring progress towards development of the highest quality health care
system.
Monitoring and
reviewing the periodic statistical reports on productivity of operations
