• 3- 5 Years of experience in
preparation of the master plan.
• Software skills "Auto cad - Schematics Drawing- Networks Engineer - Location Locator - GIS e Map"
• Planning and designing and FTTx experience mandatory
• Controls the utilization of planning man hours, validity of permissions, waiters daily update and building list.
• High skill in preparing the line plant material and assists in making the quarterly and annual submissions on stores procurement; follows up as required on the procurement and inspection/acceptance procedures.
• Analyze the planning inputs on local telecom services development.
• Familiar with quality assurance checks in respect of access network construction/maintenance and recommends modifications/upgrade of the work practices, standards and methods.
• Familiar with work practices on building inspection and advises on ways to enhance their effectiveness
• Skill in advises road consultants and contractors on location/relocation of line plant. Resolves the issues/concerns impacting the plan/design and facilitates project completion and compliance with quality benchmarks
• Driving license
• Customer Experience Skill.
• Budget and cost calculation.
• Must have LMV driving experience in Philippines
