Position
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Analyst to join the corporate team in Al Futtaim Logistics. The role will be based from our busy Jebel Ali site and will report into the Senior HR Business Partner. The main purpose of this role is to support the HRBP working at an operational level, providing a proactive Human Resources service to Logistics employees (circa 1000 employees), working with hr.connect (Human Resources Shared Services), Al Futtaim Logistics Line Managers and Third Party providers.
It is the responsibility of the Hr Analyst to liaise with Group Recruitment on raising vacancies, shortlist resumes, interviews, offer letter processing etc alongside supporting Line Managers in interviews and assessment activity for all roles. Assisting the Senior HRBP and Line Managers in participating in impact planning sessions whilst conducting reviews of all impact plans to ensure suitability and viability.
About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a demonstrable record of previous Human Resources experience.
It is essential that you have an excellent level of spoken and written English with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and plan workload. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is essential.
AF Logistics Head Office is a very strategic set - up and there is a lot of co - ordination with the sub-division offices in other locations. Therefore, this role requires the incumbent to have the ability to multi-task and prioritise work accordingly. This role also requires a customer orientated focus and the incumbent must have strong teamwork skills as there will additional assistance required for various roles.
Knowledge of Group Human Resources Policies and Procedures and HR Shared Service Model - hr.connect, GASD, Group Recruitment is preferable.
